Many of our items are made by hand and to order, therefore the pictures are for illustration only and may differ slightly to the finished product. We reserve the right to change any content with a suitable alternative.
The majority of wedding flowers are made to order, please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery. Larger orders can take 6 – 8 weeks.
We can undertake emergency orders but you must contact us before placing the order. In all cases we will email you before we despatch your order. Please note that courier deliveries will require a signature.
No item will be despatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank.
You can return non customised goods direct from the website for a full refund within 7 days after receipt if you are not completely happy. For health & safety reasons we do not refund on hair accessories, earrings or cake toppers.
All refunds will be subject to 10% off the cost of the goods to cover administration costs.
We do not refund the cost of delivery, return postage or merchant fees.
We will only accept the return of items if sent back in the original packaging and in an unused condition, as many of our items are delicate we would ask you to ensure that they are returned securely packaged. We regret we will be unable to offer refunds on any items damaged in transit from you to us.
You will be responsible for shipping costs to and from your address. All parcels are sent back at your own risk and we would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
The right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to personalised goods or goods made to a customer’s specification either placed on the website or over the phone.
